If you are serious about climbing, our pro coaches will give you analysis and provide a training programme to really help overcome any hurdles you come up against. Whether you want to crack your first 6b, or hold a bigger lead fall, learn some advanced ropework or abseil techniques, we can help you achieve your personal goals. Our coaches work with you on the first session and provide a plan to work on before a follow up session at a later agreed date.

These sessions are designed for people who want to give climbing a try, and see what all the fuss is about. Even if you have only climbed the stairs, you will learn basic techniques to show you how fun and safe climbing can be.
The competent climbing course is for the complete novice, or those who have done a little climbing in the past, who want to learn the basics of safe belaying and climbing techniques.
