A natural progression from our Mini Rockers sessions, for those who have really got the climbing bug and want to learn more technique and shoot up the main walls and bouldering areas as soon as they arrive! .
We use our own Logbook/Certificates for the club to encourage progression and have as much fun as possible in the process. The 1 - 4 star certificates double up as the children's logbook, gaining stars each time they complete a task or gain a skill.
Children new to the scheme MUST attend the 'Skool of Rock' induction session before being allowed to join the regular Rock Starz group. Our Skool of Rock induction session runs every couple of weeks and can award the 1 star certificate for those choosing to enroll, awarding climbing to the top and very basic safety and equipment knowledge.
Price: £15 each including all safety equipment, rock shoes and the 1 star log/certificate.
Duration: 60 minutes
These Rock Starz sessions run weekly, with our 'Xtreme' session reserved for those working towards their 3 and 4 star certificates. The sessions focus on climbing specific routes, bouldering and traversing technique, climbing safely and considerately with others, equipment knowledge and understanding and knot tying and bouldering safety.
Please note: Club sessions are only open to those who have attended the 'Skool of Rock' induction session first.
Occasionally we run special 'Abseil' sessions or technique sessions, for those on the scheme completing higher awards. Check them out on the calendar below and please be aware that those not working towards these goals on their certificates may not be ready for these more advanced skills.
Discounted Session Card
If you plan to come on a regular basis, our session cards provide a block of ten sessions at a discount, all of which can be redeemed anytime within a 6 month period.
To book a session, simply click on a session you wish to attend and reserve your places. You will need to select the total number of places you wish to reserve as each booking can only be made with one email address. Payment for sessions are collected on arrival unless prompted otherwise. All sessions are on the calendar or listed individually below.
Activities for children begin with our Kids Sessions and Mini Rockers sessions, as a great way to encourage their love for the sport. These fun and exciting sessions can be enjoyed by complete beginners, or those who just want a taster of what climbing is all about.

Choose an action packed taster session for kids who want to come and have fun, try climbing for the first time, or challenge themselves to conquer our main climbing and bouldering walls.
ASCENDERS ASSEMBLE....... If you are serious about climbing and want to reach new heights, why not join our fantastic club. The Ascenders are taught using the fantastic NICAS training programme and we teach levels 1-4 from the centre.
Our 15m tree climb is challenging, exciting and will definitely get the pulse racing.
A great fun session abseiling from the top of our 12.5m platform. Climb up, enjoy the view, then abseil down under your own steam.
